Well Monton really is on the up with bars and cafes popping up every month.  We treated ourselves to brunch at Vintage Ambiance the other day and had a great time.  Freya and Rory sat still the whole time and Rory only used his “outside voice” a few times so that was a result.  The cake selection was super impressive even though I’m not a huge cake fan.  They had multi coloured cakes, an oreo cookie cake and Freya’s favourite a chocolate cake decorated with kitkats and topped off with toffee popcorn.

The service is friendly and I’m now looking forward to booking an afternoon tea there at some point…
