What better way to spend the Saturday morning than enjoying the new brunch menu at Pinchjo’s in Didsbury. The food was delicious and as well as the usual suspects that you’d expect for brunch such as poached eggs on smashed avocado which is my favourite there’s also the Fry Up with a difference. My 10 year old daughter ordered a mini version of the Spanish breakfast and gave it the big thumbs up as she loves chorizo and she even enjoyed the mushrooms! She said there was the perfect amount of spice.
After we’d tried as much as we could from the menu we couldn’t leave without trying the Nutella filled churros and wow they really do taste as good as they look.
The service was great and the fact that my 6 year old wanted to sing despacito when it came on in the background was no problem at all. My two children were even allowed to put their artistic skills to good use on the window with the rub out pen which was a definite hit with my daughter who loves to draw all things unicorns…
I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try if you’re near Burton Road in West Didsbury and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.
